With me. One bookkeeper, you deal with me, not a team. Call me on 07729 524611. I get back to you within 48 hours, and if I miss your call, leave your name and number and I will ring you back within 48 hours.
How much does it cost, and will there be surprises?
A standard fixed monthly fee, based on an agreed contract, set by the services you ask for and the size of the job. We talk first, and I quote a price once we have agreed what you need. You know the price before we start. The notice period is 30 days.
Will my books be right?
Yes. There are controls built into my procedures to make sure everything is correct, and every transaction is reconciled, so you can be sure the data is 100% accurate. I have been in bookkeeping since 1977 and I am a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers.
What if I want to leave? Do I lose my books?
No. You do not lose your books. You have joint access to your accounting software (QuickBooks, for example), so the books stay available to you. The notice period is 30 days.
I already have an accountant. Do I still need you?
You should have both. A bookkeeper is detail oriented: I keep the day-to-day books right. An accountant takes the overall view and is your tax adviser. I prepare everything so your accountant can finalize the annual accounts.
My paperwork is a mess. Can you help me?
