How a Graph Helped One Client Double Her Sales
One customer's sales were falling and the work had dried up. Here is what I did, and what happened in the next six months.
One customer was having some difficulties with her business.
Her sales were trending down. Not much work was coming in anymore.
What I did
I pulled all the relevant information off the bookkeeping data I keep in Sage. Then I made a statistical graph, to show her what she had been invoicing.
I followed that up with advice on promotional actions she could take to improve her sales.
What happened
In the next 6 months, her sales doubled from her previous highest level!
She became so busy that her husband had to start working in the company full time too.
